Ministry & Purpose

Thank you for considering the facilities at Camp of the Hills. Your use of the camp in the off season (August – May 15) helps to fund our summer ministry of working with deserving children from low income communities. Our goal in the off season is to provide the facilities for church retreats, and ministry events helping children and families grow closer to the Lord.

Meeting Room

  • Large Meeting room includes projector and large wall screen

Additional Services, Activities, & Equipment

*Subject to fees and prior arrangement

  • Food Service (per person/per meal) – $7 breakfast, $8 lunch, $9 diner
  • Swimming Hole with 2 COTH provided lifeguards (minimum 2 hours) $75/hour
  • Swimming Hole with self provided lifeguards (minimum 2 hours) $50/hour
  • High & Low Element Ropes Course rates are for 2-4 hours with 20 person minimum
    • Low Ropes – $15/person
    • High Ropes – $25/person
    • Combo (Low & High) – $30/person
  • Archery with instructor – $50/hour (minimum 1 hour)
  • Seasonal Activities – These change according to the season & your group’s interests & preferences. Talk to your coordinator for a list of facilitated activity options.
  • Fishing gear – $5/person/day
  • Kayaks/Canoes – $25/per craft/day for group retreats

Included Amenities

The below are included as part of a package depending upon the type of rental.

  • Covered Pavilion Area (open space with optional basketball courts, 9 square, gaga ball, etc.)
  • Sand Volleyball Court
  • Fishing Ponds (Catch and Release ONLY)
  • Lakefront access to Lake Travis with boat ramp
  • Soccer and Softball fields with bathroom facilities
  • Picnic Table areas
  • Scenic overlook at The Crosses with a seating area and amazing view of sunset & lake – perfect for devotionals and other small gatherings.
  • Hiking Trails
  • Sound System (only when renting the Dining Hall or Office Building Meeting Room; ask your coordinator for specific equipment available)
  • Outdoor Kitchen (included with Dining Hall)
